We're at 2016 E. Griffin Parkway in Mission, just west of McAllen — about 10 to 20 minutes depending on where you're starting. Free parking at the door.

Do I need an appointment?
No — walk-ins are welcome Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–8:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. You can also schedule online if you prefer.
Are you open on Saturday?

Do you take my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans, Medicare, and Medicaid — bring your insurance card and your lab order. Self-pay is also available if you'd rather not use insurance.
Can I get blood work without a doctor's order?
Yes. Texas allows you to order many lab tests yourself, no doctor's visit required. Here's how it works.
How fast will I get results?
Most routine tests are run in-house with same-day results. Some specialized tests are sent to a reference laboratory and take longer — we'll tell you the expected timing when you check in.
